We have been working on the Bodnik Longbow for quite some time. Our goal was to design and manufacture a longbow above all others. A longbow that was comfortable in the hand and even more than that, a natural extension of your hand. Our unique grip design ensures that natural on-target point ability. The limbs sweep back from the riser in a mild deflexing arc and then sweep back forward to optimize the power in the limbs and transfer it to the arrow. The Bodnik Longbow with its efficient limb design shoots arrows flat and fast. We carefully designed our limbs, riser, and overall bow length to comply with the requirements of all national and international federations so this bow would qualify as a true “longbow” for all competitions and championships. Design is critically important, but without quality materials a great design is worthless. Here at Bodnik Bows we use only the best materials! The limbs of the Bodnik Longbow are crafted with Bodnik Bamboo cores under our powerful and perfectly transparent Crystal Clear Bearpaw Powerglass. The crystal clear fiberglass allows the natural beauty of the alder laminations to show through perfectly. Our skilled bowyers are trained to grind the limbs to our tight specifications. This ensures limbs with a smooth draw and a powerful cast. We rely on our bowyers and their attention to detail to make each bow a true work of art. We’re proud of the work they do. Excluded from the warranty are signs of wear, damage due to gross negligence or intentional behavior or twisted limbs after a period of use of 6 months. The guarantee is provided by replacement or repair of the bow. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee and apply independently of it.
